1. Introduction
GRHS Consulting LLC ("Nyfty Apps") respects your privacy. We built the LateLess app with a strict "privacy-first, on-device" philosophy. This policy explains how your data is handled.
2. We Do Not Collect Your Data
LateLess does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to our servers. We do not have user accounts, we do not have a backend database, and we do not use third-party analytics trackers to monitor your behavior. Everything you do inside LateLess stays on your iPhone.
3. How We Use Device Permissions (Strictly On-Device)
To provide its core functionality, LateLess requests access to certain native iOS features. This data never leaves your device:
- Apple Calendar (EventKit): LateLess requests Calendar access to read your upcoming events and write your custom "Prep Time" blocks directly to your schedule. We do not read your calendar data on our servers or share it with anyone.
- Location Services (CoreLocation): If you enable the "Travel Time" feature, LateLess requests your location to calculate accurate driving ETAs using Apple Maps. This calculation happens entirely on your device. We do not track you, and we do not keep a history of your locations.
- Text-to-Speech (AVSpeechSynthesizer): Our audio coaching relies on Apple’s native on-device voices. Your routine names and steps are never sent to a cloud server to be processed.
4. Data Storage & Deletion
Because all data (including your custom TimeFlows, routines, and settings) is saved locally on your device via Apple's standard storage (UserDefaults), you have complete control over it.
- To delete your routines, simply use the "Erase All Data" button in the LateLess Settings menu.
- To permanently delete everything, simply uninstall the LateLess app from your device.
